Whether it be in the fair treatment and upliftment of our staff, the social work we do in the community, or our drive to partner with like-minded great suppliers, we try to run this business well from every aspect.
Connected Partnership
During the Covid pandemic we've supplied more than 5 000 meals to peole in need on our streets, & continue to do so through local Durban organisation Connected, an outreach programme focused on improving the lives of those that society have excluded.
The Wellness Centre Trust Partnership
We are so proud to be partnering with The Wellness Centre Trust by offering an industry training program, & in May 2021 we employed our first graduate. You can read more about this story here
LIV Village Durban Support
Through our close relationship with the LIV Village, we were able to offer one of their students, Zanele, a training opportunity within our kitchen. It is such a joy to share this story of Zanele who grew up on the village, attended LIV School & then moved over to LIV Training. After her training Zanele joined us for 2 years of employment in 2020 and 2021. She has since left us, to spread her wings and chase further passions. We were so proud we could have been a part of her journey getting there.
