We currently offer a free delivery service in specific areas of KZN and Gauteng, during specific time slots. Please note that this delivery option requires a minimum order amount of R500.

Orders for KZN require a 2 business day lead time.

Orders for Gauteng need to be placed by Wednesday 12pm each week for delivery the following week. Should orders be received after this, they will fall into the following weeks' order run.

If your delivery suburb is not listed as an available option, please contact us to let us know, as we may still be able to arrange your delivery for you or direct you to our closest Click and Collect partner.

We are working on our delivery option for the rest of South Africa soon, so keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates!

Our click and collect option is available from We are Food stores in KZN and Gauteng as well as our Midstream branch. This is a great option for busy people on the go.

Simply place your order online and select the specific day you’d like to collect your order. We’ll pack it for you so it is ready and waiting for you to dash in at your convenience.

  • Orders for KZN and Gauteng stores require a 2 business day lead time before your chosen collection day.
  • Orders for our Midstream branch need to be placed by Wednesday 12pm each week for collection the following week during available collection slots. Should orders be received after this, they will fall into the following weeks' order run.

Orders for KZN require a 2 business day lead time before your chosen delivery slot or collection day.

Orders for Gauteng need to be placed by Wednesday 12pm each week for delivery the following week in your chosen delivery slot or collection day. Should orders be received after this, they will fall into the following weeks' order run.

Your order will be delivered anytime during your selected delivery time slot. We will try to accommodate any specific requests within your slot, but due to efficiency of our delivery routes this might not always be possible.

Our team will try to contact you using the contact number given, if we are unable to, and you have not left specific instructions, we will not be able to leave your order. For Standard Delivery we will then reschedule your delivery for an upcoming delivery slot. There may be an additional delivery charge for this. For Express Delivery an additional charge of R150 will be required before delivery can be attempted again.

Your order will be delivered anytime between 8am and 5pm during your selected day. We will try to accommodate any specific requests to deliver during a specific time, but as we make use of an external courier company we cannot guarantee this. We will however provide your with a waybill number with the courier company so that you can track your delivery.
