A classic Thai curry with chicken breast in a creamy coconut sauce with lemongrass, lime leaves, coriander and basil.
Seasonal veggies add wonderful colours and texture to the dish. This sauce has a nice & spicy bite which the family will enjoy. Serve with basmati rice.

AIR FRYER: From frozen. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 mins.
OVEN: From frozen. Preheat to 180°C. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Bake for 25-35 mins, stir halfway.
MICROWAVE: Allow to defrost. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Heat for 3-5 mins, stir halfway.
IF THAWED: Reduce cooking time accordingly. *Ensure food is heated through before serving*
