Heating Instructions+

AIR FRYER: From frozen. Remove sleeve, keep lid securely sealed throughout heating. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 mins.

OVEN: From frozen. Preheat to 180°C. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Bake for 25-35 mins, stir halfway.

MICROWAVE: From frozen. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Heat for 7-9 mins, stir halfway.

IF THAWED: Reduce cooking time accordingly. *Ensure food is heated through before serving*

So far I am really enjoying We Are Food for the most part! The Tuscan bean bowl was delicious and the Paneer Butter Masala was amazing :) The veggie and lentil satay was a bit disappointing because the picture had noodles and mine did not have any noodles. Excited to try more options!

I am really enjoying the vegetarian/vegan meals that I have tried so far. I have been wanting to eat more vegetarian/vegan style foods since watching many health documentaries on Netflix, however, I keep on failing as the supermarkets don't have many options available, and I simply don't have the time to cook at home.
