How long in advance do I need to order?
Orders generally require a 2 business day lead time before your chosen delivery slot or collection day.
What time will my order get delivered to me?
Your order will be delivered anytime during your selected delivery time slot. We will try to accommodate any specific requests within your slot, but due to efficiency of our delivery routes this might not always be possible. We also make use of third party couriers in many locations and unfortunately they are unable to accommodate specific time slot requests
What happens to my order if I am not at home or work when you deliver it?
Our team will try to contact you using the contact number given, if we are unable to, and you have not left specific instructions, we will not be able to leave your order. We will then reschedule your delivery for an upcoming delivery slot. There will be an additional delivery charge for this.
What are the Standard Delivery costs?
Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery area.

When can I Click and Collect from a selected store or depot?
Anytime during the stores or depots operating hours.
Please check the operating hours by selecting your region from the Click and Collect page.
Please note that regular operating hours may change over Holidays so please contact the depot to check.
What happens if I can’t collect my order on my selected day?
Don’t worry, we will simply keep your order in our collections freezer until your arrival! Please contact us to let us know
What is the Minimum Order amount?
