I am enjoying your meals and they are a wonderful standby in my freezer. I also like that it is not necessary to defrost them. Added bonus. But I have found a red ingredient in 2 of the meals (so far)- looks like beetroot but not listed on the ingredients. I find this rather off putting. It is not that I dislike beetroot but the colour distracts from the attractiveness of the dish. I did not eat the whole meal in one sitting and when I microwaved it the following day, the whole meal was pink. Not on and especially that beetroot was not listed, I began to wonder what I was eating. Best wishes Cyndi
