We bought the Low Carb Value Pack (22 indv. meals) and the first night couldn't choose which to taste first ... we settled on the Low carb beef lasagna and the Mushroom lasagna and all I had to do to add to the meal was make a fresh salad! The Durban Lamb Curry was next and wowee was that good ... again, easy-peasy ... just made some jasmine rice to accompany the fragrant curry (and not too hot either, just right!). Can't wait to taste all the other fantastic meals! You will NOT go wrong with supporting We Are Food ... fantastic job ladies!

These meals are so tasty and so good. It helped me with my final stages of my weightloss goal (I only started with the meals after my separation when it didn't make sense to cook for 1 person). I'm really enjoying the journey. Honestly the only thing I would change is to include zukini or an option to substitute some of the meals with zukini instead of egg plant as the eggplant becomes a bit much considering how many meals it's used in.
