They say chicken soup is good for the soul, well this chicken soup is good for your tummy and for a cold day. This chicken and corn soup is a glorious reminder as to why we should enjoy soup. Its rich, silky smooth (even after it was in the deep freezer for two weeks), it's hearty and is a total meal by itself. The pieces of chicken and corn are visible and the soup is luscious and it's lovely until you realize it's all gone.
I had this on one of the coldest days in Cape Town 2020 and it was like someone putting a heater in my tummy as I left lunch satisfied and happy. I would reorder in a heartbeat especially during the winter months.
