Durban Lamb Curry
Enjoy this taste of Durban's finest cuisine with this authentic curry. A generous portion of deboned leg of lamb with roasted brinjal cubes in a rich tomato curry sauce with a medium kick of chilli. Serve with warm naan bread and basmati rice. Add a dollop of yoghurt if you don't like the heat.

MICROWAVE: Allow to defrost, loosen corners, keep lid on and microwave for 3-4 mins, stirring halfway. OVEN: Heat from frozen. Preheat to 170'C, loosen corners, keep lid on and cook for 25-30 mins, stirring halfway.
