OVEN: From frozen. Preheat to 180°C. Remove plastic packaging & keep in foil tray, place on baking sheet. Bake for 50-60 mins on middle shelf.
AIR FRYER: From frozen. Remove plastic packaging & keep in foil tray, Bake for 45-50 mins. Allow to stand before carefully removing from foil, use a sharp knife to ensure sides don't stick.
