Slow-cooked deboned lamb and tender brinjal in a rich and spicy Durban-style curry sauce.
Serve with rice.
*We cook using lamb on the bone, so you might find the odd bone in your meal.

Heating Instructions+

AIR FRYER: From frozen. Remove sleeve, keep lid securely closed. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 mins.
OVEN: From frozen. Preheat to 180°C. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Bake for 25-35 mins, stir halfway.
MICROWAVE: Allow to defrost. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Heat for 3-5 mins, stir halfway
IF THAWED: Reduce cooking time accordingly. *Ensure food is heated through before serving*
