Durban Lamb Curry
Enjoy the taste of Durban's finest cuisine with this authentic curry. A generous portion of deboned leg of lamb with roasted brinjal cubes in a rich tomato curry sauce with a medium kick of chilli. Serve with warm naan bread and basmati rice. Add a dollop of yoghurt if you prefer a little less heat.

AIR FRYER: From frozen. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 mins.
OVEN: From frozen. Preheat to 180°C. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Bake for 25-35 mins, stir halfway.
MICROWAVE: From frozen. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Heat for 7-9 mins, stir halfway.
IF THAWED: Reduce cooking time accordingly. *Ensure food is heated through before serving*
