Moving and shaking

So we’ve taken the big, rather daunting leap, from cooking in the comfort of our home-kitchen, to a small industrial kitchen on North Coast Road.  When I say small, its about 100m2.  But in the enormity of this area we feel rather tiny!  But we are so excited at what this means, it means we now have the space for better equipment, better processes and a larger menu, so watch out World!
