A creamy and coconutty based ice cream, steeped and topped with freshly roasted strawberries, drizzled with a sweet strawberry coulis.

Store below -18°c. Take out of the freezer 15 -20 mins before serving so that the cake can soften. Refreezing after serving is not recommended as may effect the quality of the product (i.e. crystalisation).
