A French tart with flair combining slow-roasted tomatoes, layered with home-made onion marmalade & flaky puff pastry.
Once cooked simply turn this tart upside down for a beautiful, glistening, vegetarian centrepiece or serve as a main dish for a lunch.
This serves beautifully straight out of the oven, or allow to cool and serve at room temperature with a few fresh herbs on top.
OVEN: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 180'C and cook for 40-45 mins, until pastry is golden. Run a knife around inside edge, place platter on top of foil and carefully flip tarte over, remove foil. Serve warm or at room temp.
