The samp & corn is cooked until a tender risotto consistency is achieved then combined with Parmesan & cheddar from our local suppliers, The Gourmet Greek, & a good dollop of cream and fresh herbs.

MICROWAVE: Allow to defrost, loosen corners, keep lid on and microwave for 3-4 mins, stirring halfway. OVEN: Heat from frozen. Preheat to 170'C, loosen corners, keep lid on and cook for 20-25 mins, stirring halfway. Allow to sit for 5-10min before serving
