MICROWAVE: Allow to defrost, loosen corners, keep lid on and microwave for 3-4 mins, stirring halfway.
OVEN: Heat from frozen. Preheat to 170'C, loosen corners, keep lid on and cook for 25-30 mins, stirring halfway.
