Labneh & Olive Dip
A thick & creamy Middle Eastern-inspired dip of home-made labneh, layered with olives, herbs, red onion & chilli. We hand strain Gourmet Greek double cream yoghurt to make our own, delicious labneh.
Stir and decant this dip onto a large serving plate, smooth over lightly & drizzle with olive oil, a few pomegranate seeds or nuts & a sprinkling of herbs for a show-stopping starter.
Serve with toasted pita or alongside your next dinner, it pairs wonderfully with harissa lamb chops or any middle eastern dish.
