Creamy spinach, feta & parmesan filling, encased in our cheese pastry, topped with flakey phyllo pastry and a sprinkling of sesame seeds. Serve as a vegetarian main for lunch or as a side to the main event.
OVEN: Remove plastic packaging, allow to defrost in foil in fridge overnight. Cook at 160’C for 40-50 minutes, until pastry is golden and flakey. If phyllo begins to brown cover with a little foil.
