We offer a free delivery service, working with a schedule for specific areas, during specific time slots.  You can view your area and what delivery schedule applies to you, as well as any minimum order requirements which may apply by selecting your suburb below.  Our driver will deliver to your requested address anytime during this slot so please ensure someone is at home or work to receive your order.  Any detailed delivery instructions will also help to ensure this process goes smoothly for all!  If by any chance no one is available during this time and we are unable to contact you, our driver will return your delivery to the depot and we will rearrange delivery during the next available slot.

  • A. Orders need to be placed and paid for 48 hours before your chosen delivery slot.  (EFT payments must be made within 24 hours of placing your order for your order to stay active)
  • Q. What time will the delivery get to my house?
  • A. Your delivery can arrive anytime during the specific delivery slot.  We will try to accommodate any specific time requests within your slot, but due to efficiency of our delivery routes this might not always be possible.
  • Q. What happens to my order if I am not home?
  • A. Our driver will try to contact you using the contact number given, if he is unable to, and you have not left specific instructions in the event that you are not home, we will not be able to leave your order. We will then reschedule your delivery for an upcoming delivery slot, after contacting you of course.
  • Q. What are the costs for this specific delivery option?
  • A. This delivery option is free (with some minimum order amounts for specific areas), please select your suburb above to view delivery info for your area here

Our depot collection is an awesome option for busy people on the go! Simply place your order online, allow us to pick and pack it for you, so it is ready and waiting for you to dash into your selected depot. You simply select the specific day you would like your order, sit back and relax! Should you not be able to collect on the day you selected don’t stress, we will keep your order in our collection freezer awaiting your arrival.

This delivery option is the perfect choice for someone who needs their order urgently, or during a very specific time!  Simply select your suburb from the drop-down and choose the Premium Delivery option to view the delivery slots available to you as well as the fee charged for your specific area.  Then upon checkout you can select any available slot and voila!  Your order will be delivered to your door or office.  Should you have any changes please contact us urgently so we can arrange.  If by any chance you are not available to receive delivery during your chosen slot, and our driver can’t contact you, we will return your order to the depot, contact you and arrange another delivery slot at your expense.underline
