Seasonal veggies, bright edamame beans & a mix of brown rice & quinoa, in a thai yellow curry sauce with a mild bite. A hearty meal in one for an easy meal in minutes.

AIR FRYER: Heat from frozen. Remove sleeve & keep lid on, cook at 180'C for 20-30 mins.
MICROWAVE: Heat from frozen, remove sleeve & loosen lid, microwave on high for 5-6 mins, stir halfway & remove the lid for remaining time.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 180'C. Heat from frozen, remove sleeve & loosen lid, place in oven for 20 min.
Heat to piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
