MICROWAVE: Heat from frozen, loosen lid, microwave on high for 5-6 mins, stirring halfway and remove the lid for remaining time. Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating. OVEN: Preheat oven to 180'C. Heat from frozen, loosen lid, place in oven for 20 min. Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.
