Our take on this comforting Greek family dish. Slow-cooked lamb mince in a rich red wine & tomato sauce, seasoned with cumin, cinnamon & paprika & layered with roasted potato cubes, brinjal slices & a creamy, nutmeg-infused white sauce. Topped with a cheddar & thyme crumb.

OVEN: Heat from Frozen. Preheat oven to 180’C, remove lid and cook for 60-70 mins. Allow to stand for 10 mins before serving, until set. The more time the better the end result! If defrosted cook for 35-45 mins.
